Description
Orthopedics Northwest PLLC is looking for a board eligible/board certified orthopedic surgeon fellowship trained in hand surgery. The candidate will join a dynamic and well-established orthopedic group with many different subspecialties. We expect the candidate to have a busy practice from day one since one of our 2 hand surgeons retired mid-2023. The candidate will enjoy autonomy of his/her practice with support from other physicians and mid-level providers.
Job Description
New hand surgeon will work with another hand surgeon to accommodate demand in community referrals. New hand surgeon will take a minimum of 5 days monthly general and orthopedic hand call at MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital. 5-day work week with potential for creative work schedule. New hand surgeon will be walking into a robust hand practice.

Orthopedics Northwest, PLLC is a partnership of high-quality orthopedic surgeons and physicians that drive the orthopedic care delivery in Central Washington. The group has a very collegial atmosphere with subspecialty focus areas for trauma, sports medicine, hand, total joint, foot and ankle and general orthopedics. All partners are equal shareholders. All major decisions are discussed with the group and voted on with the group.
The group has formed an affiliation with MultiCare Health System out of Tacoma Washington. This affiliation consists of recruitment support, ED call, PSA (Professional Services Agreement) and an MSA (Management Services Agreement). The MSA is central to the development and support of the Orthopedic Service Line. The affiliation also allows for the development of a joint venture Ambulatory Surgical Center. This joint venture is an investment opportunity to increase personal income and direct efficiency in the care delivery models.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited orthopedic residency program
- Board eligible/board certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship in hand surgery
- Licenses in the state of WA by time of employment
- DEA
- Current BLS

- Starting Salary: $600,000 (1st year income guarantee, 2nd year production based)
