The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma
surgeon to join our esteemed team in 2025. This full-time shareholder track position is an excellent
opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible surgeon to practice at our partnered medical centers across
Longmont, Lafayette, and Westminster.
The ideal candidate will be committed to a team-based approach to patient care, working closely with
OCR's orthopedic trauma-trained surgeons and collaborating with elective orthopedic surgical practices
within the OCR Trauma Program. The OCR South Trauma Team is further supported by OCR-employed
Trauma PAs, ensuring round-the-clock coverage.
OCR (Orthohealth.com) is a private, physician-owned medical group with nearly 100 providers, including
49 physicians. Offering a full spectrum of orthopedic subspecialties, including: Adult and Pediatric Spine
Surgery, Athletic & Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot & Ankle, Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery, Hip
Arthroscopy, Joint Replacement Surgery, Non-Operative Sports Medicine, Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery,
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Podiatric Medicine & Surgery/Diabetic Foot & Wound Care, Sports
Concussion/Neuropsychology, and Trauma & Fracture Surgery

Requirements
Requirements:
Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
Ideal Candidates will have the ability to provide quality care, demonstrate clinical excellence with superior
communication skills, possess current skills in the full breadth of orthopedics, and have a current or "in
process" Colorado medical license.
