Company History
Sponsored by CommonSpirit and the Adventist Health System, Centura Health formed in 1996 as a faith-based, non-profit health network designed to manage and strengthen its hospitals and services. Our collective Values reflect the holistic care and wellness approach of the Adventists, along with the Catholic tradition of caring for the underserved.
Our Mission: To extend the healing ministry of Christ by caring for those who are ill and by nurturing the health of the people in our communities.
