Sports Medicine Institute is seeking a BoardEligible or BoardCertified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Sports Medicine to join our growing, wellestablished private practice in Central Florida. Our group is defined by a strong culture of collegiality, teamwork, and transparency, offering physicians true autonomy within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements
• Board certified/eligible in Orthopedics at time of employment
• Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship
• Licensed in the state of FL by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
